Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and fixed asset schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to external auditors.
- Assist with tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns and dealing with tax authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA qualification is a plus).
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing (Junior level is acceptable).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or MyOB.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
