Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations within NetSuite
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and variance analysis
- Implement and enhance internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external examinations
- Develop financial reports for management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Optimize NetSuite configuration and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in NetSuite
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite financial modules and accounting workflows
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Expertise in complex reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and system configurations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
