As our NetSuite Specialist, you will spearhead month-end close procedures, manage complex inventory accounting, and provide strategic financial oversight. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes within Oracle NetSuite.
- Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliation, costing analysis, and valuation.
- Maintain the general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable workflows.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and accrual management.
- Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards and internal company policies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and optimize ERP workflows.
- Assist with annual audits and tax compliance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA license is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or Financial Controller role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is strictly required.
- Strong background in inventory accounting and management systems.
- Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
