Bizra Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our financial data, leveraging your deep expertise in NetSuite and US GAAP to ensure accuracy and compliance. We operate in a fast-paced BPO/Fintech environment, offering a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to drive process improvements and contribute to the strategic financial health of the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage general ledger activities and perform complex reconciliations within the NetSuite ERP system.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, trial balances, and management reports in strict accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual figures to provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and relevant local regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and optimize accounting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a BPO or Fintech environment.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite (SuiteFoundation or SuiteSpecialist certification is preferred).
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and Philippine local accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other financial modeling functions).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
