In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of financial integrity for our US-based clients, ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous compliance, and strategic financial oversight.
As a Senior Accountant, you will work the US night shift, bridging the gap between offshore operations and onshore client expectations. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses a deep understanding of US GAAP and modern financial software. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Execute balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate with US-based clients to provide timely financial insights and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure strict adherence to local and US regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and credit card expenses to maintain liquidity health.
- Implement and improve accounting internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related financial field (CPA license preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in general accounting or BPO financial services.
- Solid experience working with US-based clients or firms.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
