Tanggung Jawab
- Support US GAAP reporting requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage and execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare insightful reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial information
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Review and validate financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with month-end closing processes and financial reporting
