Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and management accounting for property/hospitality portfolios.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with FRS and statutory requirements.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and financial variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities during audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Support the finance manager in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Property Management or Hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Yardi) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Meticulous, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
