Prime System Solutions is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this senior-level position, you will play a crucial role in managing complex accounting functions, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will be tasked with overseeing the full cycle of accounting operations, from transaction processing to final reporting, while implementing and maintaining effective internal controls. Your expertise will be key in strategic planning and budget management, helping to guide the company's financial future.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare, review, and analyze complex financial statements, management reports, and consolidated reports.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and internal controls (IFRS/GAAP).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and compliance filings.
- Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with high accuracy.
- Contribute to budget preparation, financial forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior accounting or supervisory role.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR compliance, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
