In this position, you will take charge of the financial health of the company. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in Xero but also possesses a keen eye for detail. You will manage the full cycle of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in every transaction. As a Senior Accountant, you will be the bridge between our financial data and strategic decision-making.
We offer a competitive salary of ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 per month, paid on time, and a remote work setup that allows you to be close to your family while delivering exceptional results.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and financial reporting using Xero.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Xero (Must have experience).
- Deep understanding of Philippine Tax Compliance and statutory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
