Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during external and internal reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
