Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Coordinate internal/external audits and SEC compliance documentation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP/Philippine standards
- Collaborate with international teams on financial consolidations and intercompany transactions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through financial modeling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Philippine accounting standards, SEC regulations, and tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong experience with audit preparation and financial statement preparation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
