Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review and decision-making
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure compliance with policies
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with month-end closing processes and financial reporting
