We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2-5+ years of experience to oversee critical accounting operations in Tuguegarao City. As a key member of our finance team, you'll work closely with department heads to optimize financial processes and support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead financial reporting processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support operational decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Provide financial insights to management through regular reporting presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 2-5+ years of progressive accounting experience with GAAP expertise
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex financial data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
