Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain U.S. general ledger operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes
- Oversee U.S. payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Coordinate financial audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors
- Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare variance analysis reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and optimize financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting
- Proven expertise in U.S. general ledger accounting and payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
