Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements compliant with UK GAAP and IFRS
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage VAT returns and UK tax compliance requirements
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for stakeholders
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Collaborate with auditors during statutory examinations
- Mentor junior accounting staff on UK compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years in senior accounting roles with UK exposure
- Expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and HMRC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage/QuickBooks)
- Proven experience in multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
