In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting, ensuring strict adherence to statutory compliance, and delivering accurate financial insights to drive business growth.
As the Senior Accountant, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the management team, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You will ensure the integrity of our financial data, manage accounts payable and receivable, and mentor junior staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end finance operations, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit trails.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to foster team growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a senior role.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and Singapore tax regulations (GST).
- Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
