Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes for US-based clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Execute high-volume reconciliations to ensure accuracy in bank, credit card, and intercompany transactions.
- Support tax preparation, filing processes, and annual audit requirements for diverse US entities.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with offshore management to provide actionable financial insights and budget forecasting support.
- Resolve complex accounting discrepancies and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in accounting, specifically handling US accounts.
- Proficiency in US GAAP and familiarity with US tax compliance standards.
- Expert-level skills in cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage high-volume financial data with minimal errors.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective cross-border collaboration.
