Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full month-end and year-end close processes for assigned US clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations (e.g., bank, balance sheet accounts) to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, adhering to US GAAP.
- Oversee general ledger operations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and classified within the ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external client contacts to gather necessary financial data and resolve inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation for annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Develop and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with US GAAP pronouncements and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Proven experience working with US clients or a strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with US clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively across different time zones.
