In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic insights that drive our business performance.
As a Senior Accountant, you will serve as a key member of our finance department, handling full-cycle accounting tasks, month-end closures, and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Perform comprehensive bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the tax filing process by preparing necessary financial reports and documentation for US-based authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and internal controls.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting, specifically with exposure to US clients or US-based operations.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
