In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, overseeing general ledger activities, and providing actionable insights for our US management team.
Working the night shift, you will operate in sync with US business hours, providing real-time financial support and collaborating across time zones. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP reporting standards for all financial activities.
- Utilize NetSuite to generate detailed financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Reconcile complex balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to streamline accounting workflows and process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support annual external audit requirements.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable activities within the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA certification is preferred but not required).
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or corporate finance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in NetSuite or a similar cloud-based ERP system is mandatory.
- Advanced working knowledge of US GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
- Flexibility to work the night shift in our Ortigas office.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
