Position Overview: The Senior Accounting will be a key financial steward for the hotel, responsible for the accurate and timely management of financial records, reporting, and compliance. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with department heads and management to support strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and assist in budget preparation and forecasting. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to local tax regulations, coordinate audits, and implement internal controls. Your insights will help drive financial performance and efficiency across the property.
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in hospitality. Professional certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards, along with proficiency in accounting software and Excel, are required. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
