Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting cycle including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with timely reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes with supporting documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide technical guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years in senior role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax laws
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in mining/manufacturing industry advantageous
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
