Tanggung Jawab
- Record and maintain financial transactions with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure team adherence to best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Certification as a Public Accountant (Akuntan Publik) is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
