Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end closing
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, customs procedures, and financial standards
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for management review
- Lead internal audits and implement robust internal controls for export documentation
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh), customs procedures, and PSAK standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) preferred
- Experience in export/import documentation and trade finance
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
