Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax returns and documentation
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on complex accounting matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
