Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles, bank reconciliations, and asset management
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements to strengthen financial controls
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights for operational decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., Akuntan Publik)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
