Ideaz Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting and Tax professional to join our growing team in Malang, Jawa Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of financial reporting and ensuring strict adherence to tax regulations. We are looking for a leader who can mentor junior staff while handling complex tax cases and optimizing our accounting processes.
As a key member of our finance department, you will leverage your expertise in Coretax and taxation to ensure our clients' financial health. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between financial data and strategic tax planning, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax authorities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee the daily accounting operations and provide guidance, training, and performance reviews for junior accountants.
- Manage and resolve complex tax cases, including corporate tax, VAT, and final income tax filings.
- Utilize Coretax software to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors during tax inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies regarding financial reporting.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments to accounting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation, preferably within a consultancy firm.
- Strong proficiency in Coretax and other accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax legislation and government regulations.
- Proven track record of handling full-cycle tax accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
