Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff through training, guidance, and performance management
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for operational efficiency
- Advise management on financial implications of business decisions and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and tax roles
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, income tax)
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and developing talent
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with multinational companies or public accounting firms
