Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee tax compliance including monthly/quarterly tax filings and annual tax returns
- Develop tax planning strategies to optimize corporate tax obligations
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting and tax roles
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PBB)
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS)
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Tax Advisor (Brevet A/B) preferred
