We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting and Tax Staff to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our financial operations. You will independently handle daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
Your expertise in taxation, specifically VAT and PPh (Income Tax), will be crucial in preparing accurate tax returns and ensuring full regulatory compliance. You will also utilize the Odoo ERP system to manage financial reporting, providing insights that drive business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT and PPh tax returns accurately and on time.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and dashboards using Odoo ERP.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial and tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting and tax management, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar accounting software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations, including UU PPh and UU VAT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English.
