Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting for various clients
- Provide expert advice on tax optimization strategies and financial matters
- Conduct audits and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Develop and implement effective internal controls and accounting systems
- Assist clients with financial analysis and reporting requirements
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
