Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Oversee tax compliance and corporate filings, ensuring timely submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government agencies.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for operational optimization.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audit procedures.
- Assist management in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and working capital management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; a CPA license is highly advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in general accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) along with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of local tax regulations, statutory compliance, and BIR electronic filing systems.
- Outstanding analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle sensitive financial data with high integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and management.
