Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for real estate portfolios including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance analysis for stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely vendor payments and collections
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control initiatives for property developments
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules for real estate holdings
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial data in ERP systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in real estate or property development
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software platforms
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international property accounting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder reporting
