PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounting Associate to join our finance team in the Central Region of Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in accounting to take on a senior role within a reputable organization. As a Senior Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the team in achieving departmental goals.
Key responsibilities in this role include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing monthly reconciliations, preparing financial statements, assisting with tax filings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. This role demands excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of S$4,000 to S$4,300 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and journal adjustments
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns (GST, corporate tax) and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
- Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a senior capacity
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage
