You will take ownership of the Accounts Payable (AP) lifecycle, ensure strict financial compliance, and provide critical support during month-end closing activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling.
- Identify and resolve complex payment discrepancies and vendor issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, internal financial controls, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement and payment workflows.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
- Assist in financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in general accounting or accounts payable roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and local tax/regulatory compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
