Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive accounting functions for dental practice clients, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and month-end close processes
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with Philippine accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and review tax filings, including income tax returns, VAT compliance, and other regulatory requirements specific to dental practices
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to help dental clients optimize their revenue cycles and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with senior accountants and partners to develop customized accounting solutions addressing the unique needs of each dental practice
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and healthcare regulations affecting dental service providers
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting software and practice management systems for dental clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
- CPA license or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and BIR compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
