Shan Hai Map is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounting Consultant to join our team in Medan. We are seeking a professional with a strong foundation in accounting and tax regulations to lead our financial operations and provide strategic consulting to our diverse clientele.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring full compliance with local tax laws, and preparing accurate financial reports. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries, assisting clients in navigating regulatory changes and optimizing their financial structures. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN, SPT Masa/Tahunan) ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform comprehensive monthly financial closings, including general journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and variance analysis.
- Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to clients to minimize tax liabilities while remaining fully compliant.
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP and local accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is readily available for audits or inspections.
- Communicate complex tax and accounting concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Tax Accounting, Tax Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax codes (UU HPP, UU Perpajakan) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or local ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
