Directio is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting operations, from general ledger management to complex financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including detailed variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Tax Code and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and implement audit recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on complex accounting issues.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow and relationships.
- Assist in budget preparation and strategic financial planning initiatives for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the outsourcing or IT industry.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
