We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Executive to manage full sets of accounts and support the company’s financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements. You will play a pivotal part in the month-end and year-end close procedures, providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Key Objectives:
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial analysis and operational support.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sets of accounts and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Senior Accounting Executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualifications will be preferred.
