We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Executive to join our team in Permas Jaya, Johor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the full-set accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and streamlined day-to-day accounting operations. You will be expected to provide detailed financial analysis, support management decision-making, and uphold high standards of compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of financial and management accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Handle daily financial operations, including AP/AR management and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business growth.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor tax filings (SST/GST/Income Tax).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and Tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
- Proactive team player with high integrity and professional ethics.
