Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and ensure all requirements are met
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes to enhance financial operations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering professional development and excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote work environment
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing accounting teams
