In this pivotal role, you will oversee key financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will act as a critical partner to the finance team, managing daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable. You will also prepare accurate monthly financial statements, assist in preparing annual budgets, and ensure timely tax filings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely cash flow management.
- Assist in statutory audits and tax filings, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor monthly expenses and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal documentation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Wine, Spirits, or Alcohol industry is highly desirable.
