Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee tax preparation, audits, and financial documentation to meet Indonesian regulatory standards
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Supervise accounting staff and provide mentorship to foster professional development
- Implement financial systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 2+ years in senior leadership
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of managing teams and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with high ethical standards and integrity
