Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily accounting operations, including general ledger management and month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to management.
- Lead the budget preparation process and assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in senior accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and auditing procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and local language is required.
