Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 20+ restaurant locations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and internal controls
- Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital strategies
- Implement cost control measures and financial efficiency improvements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with timely reporting
- Mentor and develop a team of 3-5 accounting professionals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in QSR or hospitality
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven leadership ability in managing cross-functional finance teams
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred
