Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Oversee local billing processes and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Calculate and manage payroll for all employees in Indonesia
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts regularly
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with payroll processing in Indonesia
