Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate tax filing requirements and ensure strict compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform detailed budget variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee the reconciliation of bank and intercompany accounts.
- Streamline internal financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and organizational skill.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
