Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll administration
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Implement and maintain robust accounting controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Proven FNB industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Expert-level Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
