Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and ensuring optimal performance
- Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license required
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing accounting teams
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in multinational company or fast-paced environment preferred
