Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, PPh, and final tax obligations.
- Lead and manage external and internal tax audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Manage and reconcile all related-party transactions to ensure transparency and regulatory adherence.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns for submission to authorities.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar Senior Accounting or Tax Manager role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (UU PPh, UU PPN) and Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK).
- Experience in managing audits and handling related-party transactions is essential.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
